Make sure you're form is top priority among working out around every day. I had been strung out on opiates in the past but a strict workout regimen was the only thing that could counter that lost feeling I was missing. Find out what your goals are. Do you want to be big, or do you want to be ripped but cut? Do you just want to lose weight? Once you figure out what you want it should be easier to choose between a gym, running, biking etc. I am not a fan of the huge look myself so I have a pullup bar and dip bar attached. If I ever felt like I was plateauing I would add a backpack with a trash bag full of water weighing ~10, 20, 30 lbs. Then you basically can start a new routine with that alone, you will get bigger and bigger but still remain cut.

As far as diet goes I suggest making sure you start your day off with something similar to eggs, chicken, broccoli. Eating garbage in the morning will make you feel like garbage all day. Good luck.
