I think everybody's missing the part where it isn't even actually mandatory still. Nobody's strapping your child to a chair and jamming a needle in their arm. You just can't send your lethal timebomb of a child to school if you don't vaccinate them.

29 USC 157-158 have been interpreted by courts to mean that employees can discuss pay and that violating that right could lead to penalties. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Labor_Relations_Act
