If it gets you 200 hours, it's pretty much all we can ask for. The dream of the never ending game will never die though, so I applaud anyone trying.

I agree. Dark Ambient has been so intertwined with the metal and industrial scene that it has kind of been brewing in the shadows for such a long time, overshadowed by the more new age ambient. I think we will see the birth of a lot of new ambient genres over the coming years as the EDM-generation grows tired of overcompressed beats but still wants the immersion of an atmospheric soundscape.

I agree. Dark Ambient has been so intertwined with the metal and industrial scene that it has kind of been brewing in the shadows for such a long time, overshadowed by the more new age ambient.
