I've removed your post as it is problematic

What is with SJWs and this word? Anything they don't like is "problematic".

The problem everyone has with it though is that they only remove the illegal stuff. That's why so many got really pissed over that Adelaide thing a few months ago and that's why it's getting removed from Google. People want everything even remotely questionable to be censored and banned on the internet. It's ridiculous.

Socialism Works: Venezuela Out of Food, Doctors Make $15 a Month and There's No Beer. No joke.. no beer, no money, no food. That's the left-wing utopia. submitted by FreeSpeachRocks to politics

Socialism works well til you run out of the other guy's money.

Socialism is not a system where you take other people's money, it's a system where money has been abolished altogether. I don't get what is so hard to understand about this. Socialism is not just Capitalism + Taxation and Regulations, it is its own thing where instead of a few shareholders controlling a company from the outside, the workers who run the company have democratic control and wages and money do not exist. That's why countries like the USSR and Venezuela can't be called Socialist. It's not because they failed, it's because they literally just were not socialist, they were state capitalist. State Capitalism is a system where the Government takes over the role of corporations and is what you people describe when talking about socialism. Socialism, in reality, is basically just democratic control of the economy instead of isolated hierarchical control where the 1% sit at the top and everyone else works for them.

LibreOffice is superior to MS Office, GIMP is superior to Photoshop, I understand iTunes because, while there are much better music players for Linux, you'll have trouble connecting to an iPod or iPhone, but AFAIK iTunes can run on Linux using WINE. Don't know enough about 3D Studio to know what a good alternative for Linux would be.
