Reporter Who Wrote Sunday Times 'Snowden' Propaganda Admits That He's Just Writing What UK Gov't Told Him submitted by Guerilla to news

deadbeef 0 points 15 points (+15|-0) ago

Glenn Greenwald wrote an article about this on The Intercept on Sunday. He made the point that every single source quoted was some anonymous government employee. There is no credibility in this; it's not journalism, the reporter is just writing down what some government official said.

So when it's in the government's interest to paint Snowden in a bad light, and they won't offer any credible sources for journalists to interrogate, you might as well just read everything they say as fiction, because that's probably what it is.

Agreed. Talking about my problems doesn't help unless the person listening offers a solution. We are not women.

It looks like our transition to complete reddit replacement is almost done. We now have that one guy in the comments who thinks he knows better than a world renowned engineer.

The health surcharge would probably be a good thing if it'd stop fatties from overeating and perhaps prompt them to seek psychological help for their issues.

As for the rest, it was pretty funny. This is /v/funny right?

African rapes Chinese girl, gets penis cut off by angry mob - NSFW submitted by 1Sorry_SOB to Worldnews

I think the people who condone this kind of treatment of other human beings are almost as bad as the rapists and murderers themselves. This is exactly why mob justice is bad, because human beings are irrational, fallible and stupid.
