Reddit CEO Admits to Editing User Comments submitted by daskapitalist to news

This was it. This is what made me make an account here as of 1 minute ago.

I had just crossed 200,000 karma and had that account for 4.5 years, with gold given out and received to support them.

I can't stomach this. That was the line.

Makes me wonder about how Assange being missing for so long is only reaching conspiracy subreddits, and the posts rarely reach /r/all. Not to mention all the anti-trump posts reach /r/all with little effort, while /r/the_donald has far more karma flowing and far more people commenting.

Wow. My trust has been annihilated.

E: oh neat! If you type a subreddit it still links back to reddit! Well done, Voat devs!

It's been with that committee for 9 days so far so looks like it's stalled.

Meanwhile that 2300 page omnibus that Trump signed passed through the House, Senate, and Trump within 24 hours.

God I hate our government.

Lol the one that deleted his voat account.

I did the opposite and deleted my Reddit account. 470k karma, POOF, don't fucking care.

Reddit is so blatantly anti-free speech I have no idea how gun owners in this day and age can be so thin skinned.

So voat has swearing and edgelords, boo fucking hoo, welcome to the internet!

If there's ever a gun grab in their state, watch Reddit gun owners be the first in line taking selfies for karma points.

Fucking retards.

White Helmets accompany large delivery of poisonous chemicals to militants in Syria submitted by TREDDITFIRST to news

Straight from the article: "The Russian military has received information from several sources in Idlib Province"

yyyyeah anyone have a source OTHER than RT with verifiable sources? Only the Russian Military has heard of this?

Even if it happens nobody will believe you if you show them this article until it's too late.

E: lol this is why voat is dead. Downvoted for pointing out how we need better proof for anyone to believe it.

Technically speaking, isn't Voat social media?

...yeah, yeah that makes a lot of sense.

Oil company Shell wants to leave concrete tanks of sludge in the North Sea for hundreds of years submitted by FreeSpeachRocks to Worldnews

Something similar happened in my hometown, a hick opened a garage then instead of disposing the used oil he just dumped it in the ground.

Town had to build a water tower, but they didn't do anything for years. People were getting cancer left and right. The water had so much oil and chemicals in it that you could pour a glass from the tap then light it on fire...
