Give me a fucking break. Its a civil infraction. The equivalent to a speeding ticket. Would you call yourself an criminal driver if you got pulled over? They are undocumented immigrants, not criminals. They immigrated without proper documentation. If you disagree with that fine, but don't misrepresent a bunch of people as criminals.
