Losing fat can be no picknic either tho. I've been doing diet this year to get my fat% into the low teens and sometimes it can take a whole month before the scale moves. 90 (kg), 90, 90, for weeks, then boom 87.

I guess that's beyond most hamplanets. Trusting that you're doing the right thing when nothing seems to happen.
