It's an April Fools post from 2007. Oh how times have changed. This was supposed to be a joke back then. Now it can be easily mistaken for a new Reddit announcement. Gives you a look into Kn0thing's head.

Because I like complaining about misogyny, and not contributing to society.

First of all, I'm sorry you feel this way. But here's my take:
Voat is still relatively new, and it's core-idea is freedom of speech, where anyone can say what they want to say without being censored. But freedom of speech doesn't mean you can't criticize bad ideas, or call out fake news, or even ridicule opinions. You're free to do all of that. If you see someone linking to a biased post, feel free to explain why you believe it's biased. Give your own sources. If people see the logic in your comment, yours will be upvoted.
Right now, the "white racist supremacist" posters are the ones who are most vocal, because they feel this is where they feel safe expressing their opinions. People of opposing worldviews can post on Reddit and other similar sites. You, and people who agree with you, can change that. Content is 100% user-driven. Bring your friends, message the mods regarding biased sources, wait a little until the community grows, and don't be afraid to comment/post your own ideas.
With time, Voat's userbase will be more and more neutral, as more people with opposing ideas register. Until then, you can subscribe to subverses that agree with your POV, comment on what you think is wrong (and explain why!), or just avoid those subs for the time being. You can block subs you don't like, and subscribe to those you do. It's not all politics and news here :)
I do hope you stay,

But as I explained, I don't think there's a reason to kick them out. They did nothing wrong. We (the entire mod team) made these rules because we think they would prevent spam. You just picked those two. Who's to say you don't pick someone else later? Maybe you'll start hating another group, there's no guarantee. So far, throughout the entire shegate, there was one post that was removed unfairy, and even that one's subjective. People make mistakes.
But no. You don't hate them because of that, you hate them because they're SJW. So who's to say you don't attack the next group you hate? This, this right here is what you should be protecting against. Interest groups who attack others because they don't like their character/traits/personality/color/religion/political view/whatever.
All I'm hearing is "just kick them out, it'll all be over". No. We won't. We made some really good rules, and they ran it pretty well before the whole thing started. It all fell apart when PV started organizing brigades and boycotts. Advertising askgoat in our sub.
As for the alts, believe me or not, there are no alts that I know of. @she has an alt that she uses in niche subs to not get downvoted and still enjoy Voat as well as that one ama account.. that's pretty much it. Everything else is very much speculation, and (by common law) is illegal. It's called Defamation. Look it up.
