Canadian here. The Harper government doesn't give a rat's ass about us regular Canadians. If the main sticking point is all about the dairy industry I think it's down their lobbying of the government, they don't want to lose their national monopoly.

If this one issue sinks the TPP for Canada, then I'm all for it. It's bad news. You know something is very wrong when governments don't want their people to see what they are doing behind closed doors. We have a federal election in less than a hundred days and I'm going to find out where the current MP and all the candidates for my riding stand on this. I urge all my fellow Canadians to vote and make your voices heard.

The same goes for everyone, everywhere else. Please vote, it's the only way to have a voice.

If the TPP is ratified, Nestle will be able to sue the Forest Service for not letting them suck the ground dry because it will hurt their business.
