Is actually worse than that. Obama signed a repeal, making it harder for insider trading. The press praised him and it made national coverage. The very next day Obama signed a repeal of the repeal, and then soon after signed a law making insider trading ever easier. The press didn't much cover either of those scumbag moves.

Think again: Will circular runways ever take off? submitted by Maxcactus to technology

No. Aborted takeoffs would be a disaster. The angle forces more load to a single side of the landing gear system until you get enough speed. High maintenance. You no longer take off into the wind. Requires more fuel and tire for takeoff. High maintenance. Now possible to expose aircraft to more unexpected cross winds, combined with the already canted angle would decrease air safety. Creates the possibility for wake turbulence issues. Also preventing other pilots from identifying the location of such turbulence.

Would be hard pressed to be a convert myself.

There is a war on cash. If you have cash, the people who control the government don't have it. If they don't have it, they can't control you.

This is the nuclear legacy created by the left. It is by design and intention. Anyone saying otherwise is ignorant or lying. It's a well documented fact.

The same issues exist in the US, if not the entire world. The left has created massive regulatory burden. They did so to make nuclear's cost model non-viable and it has zero to do with safety concerns. Regulation compliance can cost as much as the equipment itself. And as soon as a reactor is decommissioned the protests start to prevent its safer replacement. The result is that no one wants to decommission any reactor until they must. The accidents cause by the left are blamed on unsafe nuclear technology.

The left has completely created self-fulfilling prophecy on all things nuclear.

The anti- nuke left is literally the enemy of all humanity.
