Diet forever = lifestyle change. Fats do not want to change their lifestyle because they chose the easy, greasy one.

I am currently rack-pulling 545 for 5 sets of three and deadlifting 315 for 5 sets of 10. This came from months of dedicated work and constantly being sore and on the verge of core failure (being 6'6" and have a back injury and a knee injury). I hate when strongfats think that because they are "big", that means they are "strong" out of the box. Strength takes work and dedication, including diet. Fat brains cannot comprehend that kind of discipline.
