Why reddit needs to burn to the fucking ground, even if you're happy with VOAT. They are turning into their own Fox News, but one that gives the false illusion of democratic participation submitted by go1dfish to politics

Oh look everyone is hating on Fox News again! BAD FOX! Where do you get your news? CNN? MSNBC? Al Jazeera? BBC? All news stations have their agenda. The popular thing to do is to hate Fox. Nice.

Voaters, I am a recent grad. I would like to hear your opinion over what leads to a more fulfilling life. submitted by farmer- to AskVoat

Problem now is the rabid trend of "CHANGE EVERYTHING" happening everywhere in this country. Not everything needs a polar opposite change. You bark enough about something in the media, for good or bad, legions of idiots will shriek your message like they are repeating the words of a saint.

What have you done in your life that people would view you as a saint, and nobody knows about? submitted by PlanetaryMarlin to AskVoat

Sometimes the things we have to do are saintly to some, and just the opposite to others. Its all a matter of perspective. I don't regret the things i've done, but i'm certain there are some who have.

Lincoln abused his power, bribed officials and broke many laws fighting against a new country that seceded from the union - as permitted in the Constitution. They call the war "The war of northern aggression" for a good reason. It wasn't motivated by slavery, it was motivated by greed and power.

Donald Trump reassures crowd in Phoenix, 'I'm, like, a really smart person', because he went to the Wharton School of Business at Penn State. submitted by sarcastasaur to politics

I was permanently injured in a car accident by an illegal driving without insurance. I endure pain every day of my life because some asshole decided to break our laws and no one did anything about it. He's still here, BTW and it's been 4 years since we went to court.
