WATCH: "Triggered" protester pours urine on Lauren Southern because she was winning debate against feminists submitted by 1moar to news

I find it humorous how blatantly hypocritical these "feminists" are but if I were Lauren I would press charges. These people need to be taught that there are consequences for their actions.

Mozilla co-founder unveils Brave, a browser that blocks ads by default submitted by zerhub to news

ThePolymath 0 points 36 points (+36|-0) ago

Brave will replace blocked ads with its own ads, taking a 15% cut of revenues.

No thanks, I'll just continue using Ghostery and uBlock.

Telecoms are shitting their pants at the prospect of 3rd party competition for their dated and overpriced set top boxes. submitted by ThePolymath to technology

ThePolymath 0 points 24 points (+24|-0) ago

Their lobbying groups say it will stifle cable companies' "amazing innovation". Because competition and diversification have always stifled innovation and not made it flourish or anything, right? The fucking nerve of these companies, happily pissing in our faces and telling us it's raining for years and now at any sign of anything cutting in to their fat stacks they go on the warpath.

FACEBOOK rolls out plans to push GMOs by labeling ANTI-GMO STORIES FAKE NEWS submitted by TREDDITFIRST to Conspiracy

ThePolymath 5 points -5 points (+0|-5) ago

/v/conspiracy is probably a futile place to post this, but most of the anti-GMO rhetoric is bullshit. I personally would love to see less crap from Natural News and Mercola.

The emergence of Orwellian newspeak and the death of free speech submitted by lxbb to news

ThePolymath 7 points -4 points (+3|-7) ago

I thought Natural News existed just to pander pseudoscience crap like anti-vaccine and anti-fluoridation and bullshit alternative medicine like homeopathy. That website is a shithole. This article seems like something that should be posted on Breitbart not on this anti-science quack website.
