About to cancel my Netflix subscription because they're scum and their Canada library is shit. How do I find out about new, interesting TV shows in the vastness of the Internet? submitted by bambou1991 to AskVoat

You don't find out about new, "interesting" TV shows. Instead, you work hard and focus on your interests, relationships, health, work, i.e. things that actually matter.

well this is a deeper issue. You need challenges and real-life events in your life, like going hiking or whatever. But trying to find satisfaction at home, in front of a screen, is a futile and misdirected endeavor.

edit: oh, and fuck popular culture. Be yourself and have your own original thoughts and desires

Another interesting question: Is the baby also allowed the right to decide what is done to ITS body???

Or just #motherrights? #womenrights take precedent over everyone else?

Electric bill $130, Gas bill - $128, Water - $50. Internet - $60. I am paying like $400/month just for UTILITIES! That's more than people in most countries live on FOR A MONTH! submitted by eqi397 to whatever

calm down kids, I'm a finance major (and psych major) at an ivy league uni. It's some of BOTH. As always, the answer lies not in either extreme, but in the middle.
