Voaters, what mobile games are you currently playing? submitted by Porn_Account to AskVoat

Pocket Tanks. It's a pretty solid port of an old 1-on-1 artillery game from PC. Has singleplayer, plus local and online multiplayer.

The price is right, too. Beyond the initial cost to play the full game, the only microtransactions are for new, fairly balanced weapons, none of which are needed. I've played the game for two years and only bought one (sub-dollar) weapon pack.

I agree. The one I always heard was:

Two cats are sitting on a sloped roof. Which one slides off first?

The one with the lowest "mew".

What direction would you like to see Voat head? submitted by Starshiplad to AskVoat

A monetizing scheme which is clearly and transparently outlined as early as possible in the site's lifecycle. Voat won't last unless it can break even, and it's very possible to scare off users with the sudden addition of money-making measures. I'd like Voat to keep the dialogue open and make sure users are on-board with whatever schemes are needed to keep the servers running.

Silly OP! Navigating through an impossible gap while rushing away was Moses' thing, not Jesus'.

...I confess I'm not entirely certain whether the exodus involved a backwards powerslide, but I'll leave that one to the scholars.
