At the end of the day I guess I kind of lean towards the fact that you're on their premises and you can play by their rules or leave. Legally obviously this isn't the case but I feel like you should own the transmission medium on your own property (at least on the unlicensed bands).

That's how I feel. I think private businesses should be able to do about whatever they want as long as it stays on their property and if you don't like it, leave. There should be super huge fines if blocking wifi/cellphones/etc. interferes with anyone outside of your property though.
