I'm honestly impressed the fit girls did the right thing. Way to ditch the dead weight!

What are the cigarettes of today? What does everyone think is healthy, but is not? submitted by 2_ to AskVoat

I think multivitamins are bunk. I think individual vitamins that are needed as supplementation are one thing. But other than, eating fresh fruit and veggies are the way to go. Plus, there are certain vitamins that aid or inhibit others. When you're taking them all in multivitamin form, half of them are screwing with the other. For example calcium inhibits the absorption of iron. If you've got both going, it seems kind of pointless.
