It might sound like a good plan, but I can see SRS coming here, subscribing and taking subverses over. Since the mod logs are public I think we will rarely reach such a situation, and when a sub does people can just make a new one.

There are also many light hearted subs people go for entertainment rather than debate, and those generate lots of CCCP. For that reason I think OP is being kind of unreasonable.
