In a bit to bring other women to Voat, I've wrote a Buzzfeed piece featuring Voat. submitted by KarenK to technology

Oh not this ridiculous "boys club" rhetoric again..

Following Quarantine of r/Gore, r/WatchPeopleDie Mod Says "I'm explicitly not telling y'all to shift camp to Voat, just saying that there is a viable alternative available." submitted by GirlwithaVoreFetish to MeanwhileOnReddit

I'm absolutely pro freedom of speech and happy to see Voat growing...
but can we just get a single exodus of people who aren't completely obsessed with a particular political issue or simply fucked up in the head? Don't get me wrong I love that voat has a place for everyone.. but when I log in, I don't always want to spend an hour just looking at constant reminders of how good this place is and how people here are more aware of certain topics compared to the rest of the world. Sometimes you also want to enjoy some actual interesting content u.u
And when you browse specific subs, you often discover they either died right after the initial enthusiasm, or just feel a bit too empty and depressing compared to the counterparts on the Other Place.

How does Voat cater to one gender over another?
