That might be depressing. You bring girls home and your parents try to steal them.

He's 8. They probably forced him to do it, especially since 8 year olds don't know what they want.

Fear of seeming racist is enabling female genital mutilation submitted by TheModsAreJews to news

I've had male friends who've had it done to them. It's affected their life. It's barbaric and doesn't belong in any form of civilized society.

Hillary is talking war already: US should use 'military response' to fight cyberattacks from Russia and China (uk.news.yahoo.com) submitted by scott82 to news

That is incredibly idiotic. One of the issues we have with cyber attacks and attaching blame is that they are hard to trace. If "Russians" are responsible for an attack, for instance, that could mean anyone from the Kremlin, a Russian citizen, a pro-Russian sympathizer who's not connected to the Russian government or people, etc. It could even be someone who wants to pin blame on the Russians.

If you are the victim of a cyberattack, the only course of action you can use is to find the vulnerability in your system that led to the attack succeeding, fix it, and bolster your defenses to prevent future attacks.

Bull. America was fine with a female President back in 1984 when Walter Mondale ran for President with Geraldine Ferraro as his VP pick. Everyone knew there was a chance that if Mondale won and something happened to him, Ferraro would be the sitting President.

So America's been cool with a female President since 1984. America's not cool with just any woman, which is why Americans don't like Hillary Clinton. It's not her gender. It's the fact she's Hillary Clinton.
