It depends on the length to time you take a break from training as well as if you are still taking in enough nutrition to keep your body fueled. If you keep your body fueled and don't train for lets say a wee, than not very much. But if you take a week of and completely drop your meals down to nothing than yet you will lose a fair bit of muscle. Probably close to 50%

Yeah i agree, plus if this beer was actually made it would probably have to be refrigerated all the time or it would go bad.
