Yeah, I'm just not full of witty one-liners and sound-bytes that will net 500 upvotes. Most comments, on the whole, just sit at 0 indefinitely.

The setting of Morrowind, it's alien strangeness, is enough just by itself to make it the most interesting and engaging Elder Scrolls game. However, it also has so much more going for it than just that. I encourage you to do some searching online - many people have written articles comparing the various ES games. After reading some of those, you might get a better idea of which one suits you.

Morrowind consumed my attention and time. I was not engaged at all by Oblivion or Skyrim.

I haven't had a chance to watch the vid, I'll check it out later.

But I do have a question: Have they made any push to get people moving around the map more? The maps in KF1, despite their size (and even further, despite the moving supply shop) players almost always had a single spot they would...

Yeah, they started with the cosmetic DLC... relatively innocuous. But once actual, game-changing weapons became real $$ I knew my time with KF was finished.

I've read 40%+ of your electricity bill is phantom load. I try not to keep things plugged in, either... or I have them on a power bar for easy disconnect.
