About three years ago I was on an outing and one of the activities we decided to do was boarding down a river that had rapids in it. The first half of the activity was pretty fun and we swam around for a while, and went down the river. Once we got to the rapids stuff got pretty intense, one guy fractured his arm because he fell off of his board while going down, which didn't make anyone else any more confident to go down.
After about three instances of rapid water we went through we were all pretty tired, and then came the last push, we had to go down a rapid then swim to the other side of the river (which was about 10-15m across). The current was pretty heavy on that section of the river, just as we came out of the rapids, and there was about twenty to thirty meters of river left before it hit a waterfall, if we didn't swim across the river in time we would have been dragged of the ledge to a twenty meter drop onto sharp rocks; keep in mind the only protection I had was a helmet, that didn't even fit me for that matter.
Luckily after swimming the hardest and most desperately I have ever swam before, I made it, and no one else fell.

This really isn't a good way to go about it. If players disconnect (say, their internet goes out or something like that) it will still be counted as a "rage quit", and would be terribly frustrating to get this because of something that's not your fault.
Also, I thought Blizzard would be trying to keep the game casual to attract newer players, doesn't this go back on that completely?
75% EXP penalty will be applied on all future games.
ALL future games? That's kind of ridiculous, they're just discouraging their players from playing the game much more than they are discouraging leavers.
What is the exact threshold, too?

Wouldn't it be more about the fact that they own the rights to their own game, and in some cases they don't want people modding their games, and who are we to tell them no?

Upvoats and downvoats are made to sort content by popularity, if it gets upvoats it's popular, if it doesn't then it isn't, simple. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean everyone doesn't like it. It's a really cool and helpful tip for a popular game, posted in /v/gaming. What's the problem?
