Really surprised how much better nightmode is. I think they should actually do it as the default.

I can see this having horrible repercussions with internet stalking and hacking. Already people are targeted for stupid reasons but this would just make it easier for anyone to gain access to who is running the site if they don't like them and wish to make their life hell.

How Bernie Sanders plans to win, and change Washington submitted by ideasware to news

Not sure why you are copy/pasta this in multiple threads and this was either copied from his Reddit Iama or some other source you got it from. If you had taken the time to click on the links and go through what the actual bills stated you will actually see what there about and not just shock people with the names.

CyberSecurity Act

Establishes the National Cybersecurity Council to identify critical cyber infrastructure, assess risks to it, and convince the private sector to voluntarily adopt certain cybersecurity practices (Sec. 101).

Iraq War funding

Designates differing amounts of payments to be made to fund the higher education of individuals who have served on active duty in the Armed Forces beginning on or after September 11, 2001 based on factors such as length of active duty service and disabilities accrued, and specifies that these payments shall not exceed the cost of in-state tuition at the most expensive public university in the state in which the individual is enrolled. (Sec. 5003).

Intelligence Act

Increases the time of potential imprisonment for disclosing the identity of undercover intelligence officers and agents from 10 to 15 years (Sec. 324). Requires the Director of National Intelligence to report to Congress within 45 days after the date of the enactment of this bill regarding the detention and interrogation methods used by the intelligence community (Sec. 326).

Seriously, why would you post votes on bills you have not actually reviewed and educated yourself on?

Police have no duty or legal obligation to protect anyone. Police Were Called Over 20 Times Before Officer Executed His Wife submitted by go1dfish to politics

"The national average for abuse of wives is 1 in 4 woman, but if they are with a cop that average becomes 1 in 2 women."

Wtf? Is that statistic actually real? I'm shocked beyond belief that 25% are abused nationally and being with a cop is literally the same as a coin flip on whether you will be abused. My mind's been blown, didn't know there were that many assholes out there.
