Can tor block a hidden service? submitted by Ilai to technology

But tor is open source - if they ban it in their code, I can easily locate the ban in the code and undo it. So it's actually the choice of node operators, not the tor project, isn't it?

And more importantly, the ban would have been visible in their code. So if Stormfront had been banned, it would have been obvious, wouldn't it?

If you run an exit node you can easily restrict what kind of traffic leaves your node and heads to the unprotected internet, but you can't do much on a relay.

W8, didn't u mean entry node rather than exit node? I thought an exit node doesn't know the onion address I'm connecting to. If they knew it, they'd b able to know the hidden service's IP, as they must know its IP to connect to it. M I correct or do I misunderstand anything?

Gab.ai is a great twitter replacement that genuinely cares about free speech... And it's growing... submitted by Bill_Murrays_Sandals to technology

Yeah, I'm all for free speech. It's just too bad though, that for now, it seems like 80% of the ppl on these free speech sites like Voat and Gab.ai r neo-nazis. We do indeed need more ppl urgently.

Ok, let's assume for a moment it's all true. What would you suggest as a solution to that "jewish problem"?

I appreciate your honesty.

If saying that honestly makes u feel just a little sick, you can be sure you're a good person in nature.

Oh, and don't worry, we'll win. We went through a lot, and we survived everything. Another war here or there won't affect us in the long run. We'll survive everything.
