So one thing about Century and roller locks. CETMEs which CAI was known for prior to its C308 line had a wide range of issues stemming from failures to understand the roller lock delayed blowback system. CAI was notorious for grinding down the front or rear of a bolt to make the gap in between the carrier and bolt head within spec. That gap is supposed to be .05-.19.

This practice was extremely dangerous and lead to CETMEs locking shut, or opening far too easily. When I purchased mine I knew this and brought feeler gauges to the shop to spec it to make sure it was correct before purchasing. Mine showed no signs of grinding and while out of spec could be easily fixed with oversized rollers.

I caution potential purchasers to spend the $15 on feeler gauges to disassemble the rifle before taking ownership of it legally. Ensure the bolt gap is correct. Higher (below .19) is better than smaller. The smaller the bolt gap, the more the rollers are pushed out which means and increased locking tension.
