Wanting to use that in something is what gave me the idea. This whole thing was created so I could use that subtle touch....

COMPLETED 32-Thread Dual-Xeon Builds beat Highest-End i7's for less than the cost of the CPU-alone submitted by therealsharpie to pcmasterrace

  1. This is a server not a PC, while it can be used as a PC, it is not.
  2. This Device, while powerful, is not meant to run games and would not run games as well as a single CPU i7 because,
  3. Dual CPU architecture is not optimized for graphical use.

40M Cache, 5.2 Ghz, 16 cores > 25M Cache, 3.5 Ghz, 10 cores.

Ignoring the difference of DDR3 vs DDR4, and the bus size, and what ever OS might be running. No Shit two 4year old server processors with independent memory banks beat out one new general purpose processor in pure processing power. Also.

Old as Fuk in cum-pooter worls

"still a great bargain to build this Xeon machine if sheer multi-core processing power is what you need."

^Servers^ Not PC
