Washington DC Police Confirm: 'March for Our Lives' was planned MONTHS in advance... Long before Florida shooting took place submitted by HarveyKlinger to Conspiracy

Everything about David Hogg's body language, word choices and mannerisms indicates he was being prepped for his role long before the 'shooting' ever took place at his school.
Just as George Bush's body language indicated that he had been reciting those 9/11 speeches long before the events of 9/11 occurred.

If you're using a smartphone, it's extremely likely that you're being spied on regardless of what's installed. That's the entire purpose of smartphones.
Your best chance of limiting/interfering with that spying is rooting the phone and installing custom firmware. If you're not willing to (or can't) install custom firmware, at the very least root the phone and remove all Google products and any other untrustworthy apps you can do without, then install firewall and connection monitoring apps, and remove the battery from your phone whenever you're not using it (or put the phone in a Faraday bag or small cookie tin).
Also, keep in mind that the Android OS was created by Google, so you're certainly not fully purging Google just by removing their installed apps.
Also keep your eyes open for the McAfee Privacy Phone.
Best possible advice I can give however is to just not use smartphones that still have transmitting capability.

How the Wireless Industry Convinced the Public Cellphones Are Safe & Cherry-Picked Research on Risks submitted by salvia_d to Conspiracy

They act like Faraday cages and keep all the harmful radiation self contained.

I was under the impression that a Faraday cage interferes with waves by absorbing them, not by reflecting them. So, if you use a phone inside a Faraday cage, it's true that the waves won't get out of the cage but that's not because they're being reflected back into the cage, it's because the metal of the cage is absorbing them.

four times the legal limit for driving

Also known as not very much.
Probably not enough to hop in the bathtub in your PJ's and drown anyway.
