I'm not saying that blacks don't commit more crime. I'm saying that it is unfair to subject all of them to the same policy. It just makes the non-criminals hate white people and the police even more. That's how you get Black Lives Matter whipping people into a frenzy. Saturation patrols in ghettos would probably work just as well or better without being creating the atmosphere of living in an authoritarian state.
