I was there a couple days after. They did indeed need to cut beams in order to do recovery. The slag is consistent with a plasma cutter. There are reasons to be sceptical of the events that happened, but this picture is not one of them.

It's actually not an incorrect point, except that the human body has active processes in place to ameliorate the negative side effects of oxidation.

well, it IS true that you can be terribly nourished if anorexic, it's awful for your body and it doesn't magically stop be terrible for you if you are overweight.

It's 'horrid' because some people who used this to claim that other people bought items on their account etc, (which was not possible) didn't get away with it. That's my theory.
