Because this shit unfortunately works. The owner caved and removed the rug and the employees got reprimanded.

If people would stop being pussies and deal with the fact that some people live to be offended, we probably wouldn't see this garbage so much.

Yeah it's amazing what you can learn when you don't waste your life majoring in goddamn gender studies and yelling at people about diversity. God, it's like having a functional brain makes you the f#cking boogeyman to these people. Credit where credit is due to /pol/. Time and time again, they impress me with their ability to achieve what I would consider extremely complex tasks in a matter of hours or days.

What the majority of college students do not understand; what Antifa does not understand; what the entire leftist base does not understand; is that they are not dealing with idiots. Take a look around a place like voat or /pol/, or go to Berkeley as of late and talk to based stickman and his crew or anyone else who stood up to these hooded degenerates. What you see are people who can THINK FOR THEIR GODDAMNED SELVES. They don't need Fox News telling them what to do. They don't need to have the truth sugarcoated because they can't deal with the results. They accept that the world is never going to be exactly how they want it and they don't spend all their time throwing tantrums because they don't get everything they want.

What the left absolutely cannot do is accept the fact that there are smart people who think differently than them. Why would they when it's so much easier to paint them as a redneck racist hick? That's why you see leftist college kids completely break down when a black trump supporter calls them out. You continue to underestimate the right. It's why you lost the 2016 presidency along with the house, the senate, the supreme court, and a large number of governorships. It's why these assassin's creed wannabes are so surprised when they find out they're not as anonymous as they think they are. And it's why MSM outlets like CNN, MSNBC, and TYT are seen as a collective joke while 3rd party conservative channels like Mark Dice and Infowars continue to gain listeners.

So go ahead, keep underestimating the right. Keep calling them racists, bigots, homophobes, islamophobes, uncle toms, white trash, nazis, fascists, white supremacists, warmongers, trumpkins, etc., etc., et-motherf#cking-cetera. Because that's all you've got left - name calling. You don't have facts; you don't have morals; you don't even have a set of core principles or beliefs anymore. You're just a scattered group of edgy hipsters who are only interested in showing off how diverse you are to your f#cking facebook friends.

One last thing; it's interesting that the moron wannabe anarchist in the reddit post is worried about his privacy being invaded. I can guarantee you he/she nor anyone else of his/her ilk gives a shit that groups like facebook invade their privacy on a daily basis. Maybe if you had 2 brain cells to actually form a functioning synapse, you'd be able to realize now why people like Rand Paul are so against that bulk data collection shit.

TL;DR leftists continue to underestimate the right and continue to pay the consequences. Stop acting like everyone who doesn't think like you is a racist moron. Keep dicking around and you'll keep losing.

How can I as a black guy, not follow the crowd? submitted by dobokdude to AskVoat

Hey brother, how's it hanging? I won't sugar-coat it, you've got it tough. You're a regular guy who just happens to be black AND red-pilled. In other words, you are a walking paradox to the left, who have been so brainwashed by leftist propaganda, that they think that literally everyone on the right is a fascist, a racist, a bigot, a homophobe, a white supremacist etc., etc., etc. And because they are so convinced that the right is PURE EVIL, they cannot fathom that a decent black man would even slightly agree with them. Thus, the only path left for them to take is to shun you and say that you are a sellout to your race, an "Uncle Tom", white-washed, yada yada yada. The point is, it's a shitty situation no matter how you look at it because you have a bunch of uneducated dipshits telling you who you should be and how you should act.

So how do you counter this? 2 steps. One is easy, the other takes effort:

Step 1: Like so many of my fellow goats have said, just be a f#cking man. Not a BLACK man, just a man. You know what you think is right and wrong, so stick by it and don't let anyone try to justify themselves to you with this social justice bullshit. For example, it was not ok for (mostly) black people to burn down buildings in Ferguson because they didn't like a court decision and said they were retaliating against injustice. No one is justified to do that, be they black Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, or any of the 2000 bullshit genders. Go by what YOU think is right, now what other people say is right.

Step 2: Educate yourself - it's the only way to fight back against people calling you a sellout, and uncle tom, etc. I know it's obvious, but the more knowledge you possess, the better you are at winning debates, and the higher the chance that you will sway someone to see your point of view (though I think that it's an exercise in futility when trying to talk to progressive leftists).

If you are so inclined, I highly recommend that you look into a man named Thomas Sowell; he has a Ph.D in economics, but he is also a social theorist and is heavily critical of the left. Here's a few examples:

I would also recommend Dinesh D'Souza:

And Ben Shapiro:

At the end of the day, the current leftist narrative that a lot of black people are involved in is based on grouping together rather than individualism. You want to keep from following the crowd? Just be yourself. Be who YOU want to be rather than what some bullshit sjw thinks you should be. And be smart enough to educate yourself so that you can defend your beliefs from those that are trying to bully and guilt you into thinking the way that they do.

Sorry for the excessively long post my friend. I hope you were able to get something out of it.

Arizona Senator John McCain has passed away at the age of 81 submitted by rspix000 to news

Antifa_Hivemind 4 points -2 points (+2|-4) ago

He said and did A LOT of shit that I don’t agree with and he did a lot more harm than good during his later years in the senate. He was also an asshole for telling Trump to not come to his funeral. But he was still an American and a former soldier. So out of respect for both, I say RIP John McCain; it will be interesting to see how you will be remembered historically, if at all.

I think Ben Shapiro has a pretty good take on the situation between Bannon and Trump. Take a look at it if you're interested. It's about 15 minutes btw.
