It is simple economics for me. Either I should get the same item for the same price but with other benefits (faster shipping), or everything the same (including shipping time) but cheaper. There has to be an incentive to switch. Maybe if they happen to have that exact item I want that is not sold on the "other" site, but what are the statistical chances with the enormous inventory the other site has?

I think they have been working on it for almost two years? Is it still upcoming, as in, in the works? I remember listening to Gibson's podcast about it a long time ago.
