Was there a US media blackout on Stock Market Crash yesterday? submitted by strider to news

nowhere in the rules of the sub does it say that. You even have 'discuss' enabled.

The Police in America Are Becoming Illegitimate, Matt Taibi / Rolling Stone submitted by imrdy_win_ur to news

Something I always hear about is supposedly how dangerous an average traffic stop is for police officers and so that they are always on edge and extremely vigilant when pulling someone over. Can anyone point me to some statistics to back this up and maybe some analysis?

Why VOAT Is Better - "AnCap" Removed from Reddit's Libertarian Subreddit submitted by deleted to news

what are you talking about man?? It's definitely still in that subreddit sidebar...

so, is voat gonna be a super far left website? im seeing this "forgive student loans petition" and people actually think its a good idea.(more in comments) submitted by bourbonexpert to conservative

strider 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

how is the "idea of it" leftist? Voat is mainly for people who are pissed at Reddit so far. They took away ability to see upvotes and downvotes on comments, and this site has this implemented by default. How is that leftist?

What did you think of 'A Most Violent Year'? submitted by strider to movies

strider 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

I would definitely give it another shot if you can. I went in blind seeing it on Amazon Prime last night and enjoyed it .

If you are in it for the action there are at least 2 Memorable action scenes that were well done.

However the title is misleading , as the year the story takes place in is supposed to be violent .
