There's the conspiracy theory part of me that thinks the confederate flag and gay rights were timed to coincide with a period where we all needed to be placated while something big happens behind the scenes...

Somebody should parse through all the bits of information of stories to work out the truth, and then publish their findings as... what do you call it... a news article?

They're right, comments can get stuck into a feedback loop. Especially when you're trying to deliver objective news, what's the point in getting bogged down with negative noise?

I'm actually really enjoying Angry Birds 2. It's a visually spectacular game, and colliding that with the fun score, it's actually a refreshing take on the series (not a shill, promise). Obviously the company was never going to "be bigger than Disney", but it's unfortunate, because they could be one of the big players to make gaming more valuable in the mainstream/on mobile.

EDIT: The downvoats feel weird because I thought the point of coming to Voat was that "downvoat is not for opinions you disagree with". That aside, I stand by what I said about the graphics. They remind me of Rayman Origins.

I haven't found it a problem, no. The amount that I sporadically play the game throughout the day fits in with it anyway, and it's not even a new feature to Rovio games (the Bubble Pop one did it for example).
