You guys remember freedom of speech? I sure do miss that

This should be required by law submitted by betterpc to fatpeoplehate

I don't believe in legally mandating things like this because my tax dollars should not be wasted protecting people from themselves. As an alternative, here is what I propose:

Allow insurance companies to deny/stop coverage for anyone who becomes obese. In countries with socialized medicine, hospitals should outright refuse to treat obese patients. If you don't care about your health, we can't be expected to pay for it.

Secondly, there should be no form of welfare money period. You should get vouchers for an approved 2000 calorie a day diet. Eat it all in one day? Starve for two weeks or go get a fucking job

Subnautica Below Zero submitted by Jizzmaster3000 to gaming

You should either buy the game or not play it.

I was in the same boat w/ Subnautica. I didn't like their anti-gun rhetoric, firing the sound guy over SJW bullshit, or capitulating to whiners by making the DLC character female even though the game is in first person and it doesn't matter.

I ended up getting the game on sale and I loved it. No guns actually made the world more threatening and interesting. Game felt tight and held my attention and I ended up beating it. I will probably pay for the DLC, though I will wait for it to go on sale.

TL;DR Either pay for games or don't play them at all. Using a creators political leanings to justify your theft makes you a hypocrite. If you arem't willing to pay for a product because of the creator, you shouldn't be willing to play it either.

In Preparation for 'Ritual Of The Night' Coming Out in 2019 - Let's Talk 'Bloodstained: Curse Of The Moon' submitted by makingreen to gaming

I'm super excited about the upcoming Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night. Of the Vania style games, I definitely lean toward the Castle variety. Symphony Of The Night is one of my favorite games of all time. It's spiritual successor is due to come out in 2019, and to get amped, I took a look at Curse Of The Moon and absolutely loved it.
