One thing that isn't up for debate is why Reddit exists. Reddit is a place to have open and authentic discussions. The reason we’re careful to restrict speech is because people have more open and authentic discussions when they aren't worried about the speech police knocking down their door. When our purpose comes into conflict with a policy, we make sure our purpose wins.
As Reddit has grown, we've seen additional examples of how unfettered free speech can make Reddit a less enjoyable place to visit, and can even cause people harm outside of Reddit.
Seriously? The fucking hypocrisy. I didn't even edit it, it was posted exactly like this.
''We really value our free speech and we don't want to ban it''
''So...here's why we're banning it...''

Everyone knows they just try to make reddit more marketable, which is a fine decision, Digg did the same, but it's almost like they're denying it, lying to their community. ''No really, we are morally against these offensive subreddit, that's why we're doing it''

It will open up a market with browsers that do support Ad-block. People will always hate ads, ads just steal tiny bits of your life, so people are gonna be willing to sacrifice maybe 5minutes to find a browser that will save them hours

This has nothing to do with racism or white guilt. I'm European and I used to dislike immigrants when I was younger, ''this is my country, go back to your own country''. But the reality is, most of them now are from Sub Saharan Africa, coming with boats to Europe on a dangerous journey to find a better life, lot of them coming to Italy, what are you gonna do, buy them a plane ticket and send them back? They don't even have passports. I think it's good we safe them, and let them immigrate. Who are you to say they can't? Just because you were born in a first world country entitles you to more than someone who's born in Africa? And make them go back to Africa to die? That's fucking immature. But Muslim immigrants who go to Europe, and want Sharia law and Muslim extremists should be kicked out right away. There is no denying that lots of Muslims, especially 2nd generation, are ungrateful idiots.
TL;DR : They can come here, if they want to be part of our culture, not if they want to bring their culture to us. Leaving some of your culture behind is a small price to pay for getting your life saved. I've lived in lots of countries, and had no problem integrating with the normal population, and being open to their culture, it's not hard.

Can't you upload to it imgur? It's a pain in the ass to go to an external website to open the image

I think Requiem for a Dream is just an average movie. It didn't seem like the director knew anything about drugs. Pupils dilating with injecting heroin, yeah right... And that those 30 minutes scenes with the grandmother with her stupid TV show. It seems like it was funded by the DEA.
