Love it. It's super fun. I love solving problems/puzzles. Good people skills are a must, though. I've had several years experience in customer service and teaching, so I've learned to have a lot of patience. For people without those kinds of skills, it can be really frustrating.

If you're even remotely interested in getting into tech support, look into getting A+ certification. Even without a degree, having this certification can open doors for you. http://certifications.comptia.org/getCertified/certifications/a.aspx?tracking=certifications/listed/a.aspx.
