And if they don't have a happy conversation, then fuck them.
Which happens 98% of the time, in my experience. Yesterday I saw a hugely retweeted and favorite tweet showing how the police actually killed that bland lady, saying that she had no reason to hang herself, there was no scar around her neck, the bag wasn't black in the picture and bags aren't allowed in jail cells. Today I find the autopsy report and it shows no signs of struggle. Cause of death: suicide. I don't social justice because everyone wants to help but it turns into a misinformed circlejerk. Not only that, but it's destructive: there's less and less trust in the police force, and everyone turns a blind eye to the work they do day by day protecting their lives. And the worst is when I see all of my peers joining in on the bandwagon yelling injustice. I've tried to argue before and refute bullshit but it's hard when the whole world is against you. Yes there have been cases of police brutality and misconduct, but now everyone is just looking at every situation and automatically assuming shit. Then begins the case of looking for specific evidence that helps their side only, not information in general. I hate it. I've come to hate SJWs, feminists, meninists, and essentially everyone who fights for social justice. I've stopped arguing. It's a battle no one wins.
Since 2000, the temperature increased by barely 0.06 degrees Celsius- much less than had been predicted by 114 simulations used in the scary climate report by the IPCC - Why?? submitted by explorevoat to news

I'm really glad for voat, because until today I've never seen a convincing argument against global warming, and this changes my views a lot. On the other site, I'd see posts saying "It's 20XX, how can you not believe in global warming?" And anyone who objected was implied stupid or arrogant for "ignoring" the "vast" amount of data.

Personally I like it. THPS is going back to its roots, and I love it. I grew up on these games and they're gags, and with realistic gravity cool moves would be hard to pull off, or impossible because surprise surprise in real life they're really hard to pull off. If we made every game ultra realistic there'd be no fun to it. The graphics are plain, the gravity is just how o remember it. The game is just how I remember it on the GameCube. I love it, and am seriously considering buying it. If all you want is good graphics and realistic gravity and sprinting duration go back to Call of Duty.

Have you ever been interested in a person, and thought, oh hey I should give/get their phone number to connect more? It's how relationships (sometimes) start.
EDIT: Shitty example.

Kinda a douche move. I understand and agree that people get too easily offended nowadays but they're kinda laughing in the face of a popular religion. Dick move but whatever that's life.
