Armed Man Whose Death Sparked Milwaukee Had Long Record, Including Witness Intimidation submitted by fluxusp to news

We need to stop bringing up criminal record (or lack thereof) in police shootings. It has no bearing on whether deadly force was reasonable.

Now if the suspect pointed a gun at an officer as alleged in Milwaukee it's a good justifier for deadly force, but whether he had a mile long rap sheet isnt at all relevant.
