I think having some concern over police using bombs on citizens is reasonable.
Assuming he was the shooter I don't feel bad about his death, but given how many other military items have been misused against truly innocent people - expansion of ways to kill people is worrisome.

Whether they're connected or not is irrelevant with respect to his recusal. If his lawyers thought that there were legal grounds they would have filed a motion for it. Why do you think that is?

They can complain about it all they want - that doesn't mean it'd be legal grounds for a recusal.

As I mentioned below before it got downvoated off the page - If Trump's lawyers thought they had basis for a motion for recusal that wouldn't wind up with them getting sanctioned - don't you think they would have done it?
