Transsexual gets mad at guy for having a different opinion, threatens him with violence submitted by CrackheadControl to videos

It's disgusting how in our society now we give certain people the right to do horrible things and get away with it because they are different and we aren't allowed to criticize them or their actions at all.

Imagine a person standing in front of a judge and the judge asks them,"what caused you to beat that individual so bad that they had to be taken out of there in an ambulance?" And the person responds, "because they insulted me." Then every witness in the room says, "well he did insult them, and they shouldn't have insulted them."

How did this become acceptable?

Girls forced to wear hijabs at high school "hijab day", teacher speaks out against it submitted by crankypants15 to news

Hey lets have a day where you force all the Muslim girls to dress like Christians. No? Would this be a bad idea even if we used the exact same arguments? Oh, then I guess you shouldn't do either.

True, but where do you draw the line? Anyone can put blue and red lights on their car and start pulling people over. It's illegal, but you're still physically able to do it. Do we say that because someone "could" do this, that means that we need to prevent the police from having them? That we need to take away law enforcement's ability to do their job?

Can an off duty officer take a cop car for a joyride and pull people over? Yes. Can an on duty cop pull someone over for no good reason? Yes. Because this power "can" be abused, does this mean that we need to take this away from law enforcement and make them unable to do their job?

The police can get warrants to search your home, your workplace, your vehicle, your bank accounts. Why shouldn't they be allowed to get a warrant to search your phone?

Donald Trumps color-blind Cabinet: Ability, not diversity, is key submitted by One-Way_Bus to politics

birds_sing 7 points -7 points (+0|-7) ago

If he selects his cabinet based on ability, then it will be diverse.

Or are you a racist bigot who thinks white males are superior? Because that's the only way it couldn't be diverse if people are selected based on their ability.
