/u/darryl is correct in saying that those are two opposite goals. My suggestion is to continue with your cut with an explicit goal of losing the LEAST amount of muscle you can, and then when you reach a %BF you're comfortable with, begin a bulk. Or you can switch to a bulk right now to put on muscle and eventually move on to a cut to lower your %BF later. Either way, you're going to have to do both to achieve the goals you would like.
The other option is to do a slow bulk if time is not an issue. If you haven't heard of a slow bulk (I'm assuming you have if you're counting macros like you are), it's basically a bulk drawn out over a long period of time with an emphasis on gaining lean muscle and the least amount of fat. It's the most recommended type of bulk if you're willing to put in the effort and time. A slow bulk will get you closer to your overall goal, I believe.
I'm actually kind of curious how your body type (in a purely platonic sense). I'm right around the same weight as you, with a %BF similar as well. How tall are you? Do you happen to have progress pics and/or be willing to share? I'm still kind of on a bulk phase during the summer (I know, most people cut for the summer), but this was finally a time when I could prepare meals how I wanted because during semester, I'm too busy. So I decided to take the time and put on about 10 lbs of mostly muscle.

I was thinking more the copyright is only enforceable within the U.S., not that the EU is lax in their enforcement ;)
