No, no, no, teenagers are a different bird, especially with a raging metabolism, high t and GH, healthy insulin, etc.

If I eat 12 doughnuts for breakfast now, even if I don't eat the rest of the day, I'd be fucked.

It's not about calories, there's insulin resistance, GH levels, testosterone levels...that's why intermittent fasting is a thing.

Calories mean dick, people who have screwed up metabolisms can eat 1200 calories and not lose weight, it's common among overtrained athletes.

That's what happens when you starve yourself to the point where you have nowhere to go, your body adjusts to almost no intake. If you start eating again, you're fucked.

I eventually got up to 215lbs eating 8 meals a day. 8. Now if I try to eat like I did as a kid, I'm 10lbs up in no time. lol

I do diet and exercise and I'm not fat.

Let's see 2x BJJ, 2x Boxing, 2x strength training.

I went from 135 to 215 in my adult life, I ate 8 meals a day and worked out every day to achieve that.

I'm a way harder worker than you'll ever be.

You're a lazy piece of shit and I've been training and learning about training before you were born.
