The non-response of the community manager can be found here. That's a direct link because archiving isn't working on that post for some reason.

EDIT: It finally archived, here's the archive link

Double EDIT: It's worth noting that...

Do you want flying or on the ground? Because the Hubsan x4 is a fun little quadcopter and it's on sale right now, normally around $50 but...

When reporting on something like a shotgun blast, does it makes sense to refer to the pellets as "bullets"? submitted by o_V_o to guns

Thjoth 0 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago

It's completely against normal nomenclature to refer to the pellets as bullets. They're called either "pellets" or "shot." Shot is, I suppose, the more correct of the two, but both are fine. "Bullet" is specifically when a gun shoots a single, solid projectile that isn't a round ball. Well, except for shotguns, when a shotgun shoots a single lead projectile it's called a slug. So basically you never use the word "bullet" with a shotgun, even when it seems like you should.

It's called punitive damages. In a case like this, you don't just want to be reimbursed what you're owed, you want to make the organization hurt badly enough that they won't consider doing what they did again. It's a deterrent.

Hey, nice, somebody else is already submitting content! I was thinking I'd have to populate the sub by myself for a few months before that happened.

Thank you, (another pissed of redditor) submitted by fightingbuddha to introductions

I'm currently working on a 3DR Pixhawk/arduplane (what used to be arduplane, now it's something different) guided full composite fixed wing, myself. Well, I would be if I could get a fucking pixhawk, their site keeps rejecting my card for no reason and they're running over a week of backorders so...
