Voat is like a local backwoods tavern that is well funded by the regulars who show up every day and night to buy the cheapest drink they can. It uses that fund to then sponsor a local soccer team or float in a parade. (or take in refugees during site migrations due to censorship)
If you drive by outside when you're not from the area, you wonder why a dilapidated old building always has its parking-lot full, or how they have the money to keep the lights on.
Once you start showing up though, you realize there's no other place like it in the world, and you're hooked.
It might be the mold in the never cleaned feed-lines that gives it its flavor, it might be the search for a place where you can get unadulterated truth.
The fact of the matter is that voat is eclectic. It's for people who hate the layout of chans but love the culture, feel ostracized from other platform, or are just some sick fuck looking for a giggle.
Either way, it's a community that once you start frequenting you start loving.

It's funny, especially out of context.
To defend the dude though, he runs a channel called electroBOOM and he is an excellent teacher of complex electrical topics. He typically injects a ton of crazy humor into his videos with unique stunts like this.
I recommend taking a look at both his channel https://www.youtube.com/user/msadaghd
And this dude; same context only his is typically more mechanically inclined https://www.youtube.com/user/arduinoversusevil

Dude, my close friend died. I saw her body with bullet holes in them as I was evacuating. People 100% died.

Hold on. .
You're missing this whole thing you fucking moron. It's clear you have little to no understanding of what the 'Opened port for remote code execution does' so I'll spell it out for you my little monkey.
When you're debugging an application from a remote terminal, you need to send remote commands to it. TO DEBUG.
As far as your political response of the boomers thanking windows firewall for protecting them from big bad NSA. Do you think that maybe the CVE's for CIFS, SMB, NETBIOS or literally ANY OF THE ALREADY OPEN PORTS that windows listens on that the NSA miiight already have kernel level exploits? .
As far as shills go, I'm a 20 year IT veteran with an established aaccount you're sitting here pushing misinformed his info on a days old account. .
Go pop yourself zit.
