As much as Voat hates ads this is the right move. Voat with an ad in the sidebar is better than no Voat at all.

Jury nullification is not a right. It's an unfortunate byproduct of the system. If you are aware of jury nullification, you are not suppose to be able to sit on the jury, which is why he was arrested, for tampering with the jury. It's not the Jury's job to decide if a law is just or not.
TL;DR: Misleading title.
