It is weird how asians exist in this quantum state where they are both oppressed or not.

You are certainly sharing with the NSA.

New Reddit content policy, sub bans, and quarantine. Includes coontown now being banned. submitted by InsectGuy to KotakuInAction

Seruun 1 points 25 points (+26|-1) ago

Honestly, I will shed no tear for r/coontown, but with r/SRS still being a thing despite enganging in (and solely existing for) vote manipulation and annoying other redditors and subreddits there is no denying that some animals are more equal than others.

I happy that KiA has a fall-back option here, but wonder who many will actually follow. It sadly takes time until Voat will be large enought to ne notable and have the content reddit can provide. I have other subscriptions on reddit with communities that are in no way in danger being banhammered and having to go back and forth between reddit and voat is already somewhat annoying.

[shower thought] If GG has done 7 figures worth of damage to gawker, why is r/kotakuinaction taking marching orders from the admins of a website that still can't turn a profit? submitted by Bindlestiff to KotakuInAction

I hazard a guess and say that nobody want to see a nearly 50k sub being banhammered by the draconian establishment.

It takes time to grow communities and I bet noone there or here wants to start from scratch.

It is sad and kinda frightening that reddit has that kind of damocless sword to hold over its mods to keep them in line, but for the time being...

I really couldn't care less about mod drama. It is a stupid distraction peddled by people who are perpetually butthurt because their pet issue doesn't get the attention they think it deserves

How r/KotakuInAction feels about Milo's birthday..... Be sure to Tweet @Nero Happy Birthday. submitted by MaleGoddess to KotakuInAction

And? I actually did read the article, and this flair is an apt description.
