Trump: Fix 'Massive Problem' of Mentally Ill, Let Gun Owners Be submitted by OhBlindOne to news

A lot of what Trump says, though it's mostly inconsistent, makes sense. He's just an ass about it.

Rwandans and Cambodians don't have any influence in the United States. Armenians have lobbied for recognition and have received it in some states, but the Jews are the only ones influential enough to get recognition at a federal level.

I got shadow banned on reddit for a 'downvote brigade from voat'! Funny since i don't even use the same account name on reddit. submitted by holaymackal to MeanwhileOnReddit

Admins can see where users came from. If a bunch of users downvote a thread and come from the same page it is considered a brigade and they'll shadowban you unless you are part of SRS or SRD.

How Bernie Sanders' Online Army Is Using Reddit to Fuel His 2016 Campaign Surge submitted by Ex-Redditor to MeanwhileOnReddit

Partoghimeos 2 points -1 points (+1|-2) ago

Approx. six percent of Americans have ever used reddit. Bernie Sanders's rise is built upon much more than just a string of posts around reddit. He has the support of msnbc as well as most anti-Hillary progressives. The only progressive complaint I've heard about him is that he's not a real socialist.

My only fear with Bernie Sanders is that he comes across as a bit weak, which is a little worrisome for a leader.

I'm a convert, so I guess it depends on whether or not the time and place has good information resources. If I had been born in ancient Greece, I likely would have become a Stoic. If I had been born in modern Iraq, I likely would become a Chaldean. If I had born in North Korea, I likely would be agnostic. I was born in Seattle and I went from Protestant to quasi-pagan to traditional Catholic.

Any traditional liturgy, really, but the Tridentine is definitely my favorite. I have an SSPX chapel in my city.
