Trust me I know the "calories in calories out." But my cortisol levels are super high and cortisol which actually does lead to accelerated fat storage. I've done a lot of research and I've been taking more yoga and meditating to try and reduce it. Feel free to look up cortisol and it's connection to weight and my condition. And the endocronogist is one of the top specialists at Mass General which is a really prestigious hospital in Boston.

I can send you a picture of myself holding my name thing if you'd like?

Edit: I am a longtime reddit lurker but don't have an account but I saw a post last night that set me off so I created this account to tell my story and shut up the hams who take a real problem fit people get and use it as their excuse to be fat. I don't really know how to send it to you privately but if you tell me how I will gladly send you a picture. Is there any other way I can prove to you?

I lost my period for about a year and luckily my bones are fine. I had 0 estrogen and 0 testerone (yes girls have that too) which was really bad but I am on birth control now to protect my bones.
